Mr.
Oscar Malapitan is currently the representative of the
1st district of the City of Caloocan. Formerly, the
Vice Mayor of Caloocan, he became the President of the
Vice Mayor's League of the Philippines for his sterling
leadership qualities. His stint in public service became
a natural consequence of his civic activities wherein
he was Past President of the Rotary Club of Grace Park
and a Director of the Philippine Council for World Freedom
